Systemic Constellations

We are composed of energy, each of us carrying unique energetic imprints shaped by our experiences, ancestral history, and perhaps even past lifetimes. These imprints influence every aspect of our lives: our decisions, relationships, career paths, and even our financial and material circumstances.

Mark Wolynn, a renowned expert in the field of inherited family trauma, explains in his book, “It Didn’t Start with You,” how generational trauma is transmitted through the family line.
