How to Cleanse

**Avoid Sunlight. Rose Quartz will fade over time from exposure to sunlight.

**Cleanse your Rose Quartz on the full moon once a month.

1. Fill a bowl with 2 cups of salt (either rock/sea/ pink) with water (one bowl per crystal to make it more effective.
   1. Option 1: Put the Rose quartz in the Sun (30 mins) With the intention of asking the Sun energy to cleanse your crystal (* be careful with sun charging with the rose quartz as it has the tendency to fade)
   2. Option 2: Put the Rose quartz in moonlight (all night) With the intention of asking the Moon energy to cleanse your crystal

**Additional

• Tip 1: you can put your crystal on a Fishtail Selenite/selenite stick to cleanse it further. (Selenite should not get wet)
• Tip 2: Use Sandalwood/lavender/rose incense/sage smudge stick / santopaolo sticks to cleanse further Invoke the energy of the lavender and sandalwood to remove any negative programs, previous energies /thoughtforms/

How to energize 

**Avoid Sunlight. Rose Quartz will fade over time from exposure to sunlight.

1.  Put your left hand on your heart and use your right hand to hold incense (lavender /sandalwood/rose) sage smudge sticks / santopalo sticks and move in a clockwise direction for a few minutes. Make the intention that you want to use the crystal for. Repeat the intention 7 times
2. Place your crystal on a selenite/kyanite grid and request them to energize the crystal. You may place your intention on paper under the crystal for a few hours.
3. To check if your crystal has been energized – place it on your heart and check how you feel.
